MaxChat Client v1.0 beta 4 + MaxChat Server v1.0 beta 1 are now available

you can now create your own LAN or internet MaxChat server.
A list of connected internet server is maintained automatically up-to-date
on my server, so clients have access to a list of all available servers to
connect to.
