Installation work: Triptychos, London

A Max/MSP/Jitter/Java installation work running in London for the next
couple of weeks:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio3/cutandsplice/triptychos.shtml

It’s a responsive/generative music system, turning live video camera
input into a symbolic music score and then rendering it into
sound. This is a commission from Sonic Arts Network, as part of Dots
and Lines, a series of events which consider the analytical,
performative and documentary nature of music as written document and
code. The exhibition runs Mon-Sat until June 3rd.

[max-msp] coupla new tutorials

I’ve done a bit of typing this last week and posted some additions to
my jitTutors at the URL below:
Jit.lcd_drawings.pdf shows how to do some chaotic spiro-graphy things
and make em dance around.
Effect_Spotter.pdf is a tour of jit.qt.effect with some things
deciphered via the apple documentation.
Jit.op_spotter is a gallery of basic image transformations with jit.op
Nothing that isn’t in the documentation already,  but handy for
remembering which  gives the specked one.
Corrections and suggestions welcome via direct email.
