I have uploaded an updated version of my “A Csound Tutorial” to
http://csound.sourceforge.net/tutorial.pdf.

This version is virtually complete for Windows, except for the section on
Python scripting, which I expect to finish in a day or so.

The Linux and OS X sections have not been done. I will not be able to do
more than a sketch of the Linux section and nothing at all for OS X.
