Found Soundscape: C-SPAN Presidential Inauguration, January 20, 2009
was captured from the open microphones of C-SPAN, the live coverage
channel of the U.S.government, immediately after the inauguration of
President Barack Obama on January 20, 2009.

Shifting crowds, broadcast glitches, and supposedly “off-mike”
comments mingle with the pageantry, power, and telling truncations of
the event. Culled with no internal edits or processing, this free mp3
album released by and/OAR is the first in a series of found soundscape
compositions by Chris DeLaurenti.

I just posted a new piece called Second Sleep.  It uses meta-slendro
scales
(though not in a very scalar way).  As always, there are OGG and
